Stepping out Cattleya, our comfortable family Villa, surrounded by a big well-kept tropical garden, you find yourself swimming in the beautiful warm water of the Indian ocean. From the open terrace you can enjoy the breathless sunset, an unique opportunity. Located in the Tamarin Bay, the Mauritius surf centre, the villa has 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 with double beds, 2 with balcony facing the beach, 1 with ensuite bathroom and WC. All rooms are equipped with fans. The villa has 3 shower bathrooms and 3 WC. Outside kitchen with gas cooker, gas and charcoal grill. Inside kitchen with gas oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, pots & pans and tableware. Laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron. Livning/dining room and TV room. The villa is supplied with telephone, ADSL, TV, DVD, hair dryer, safe, towels and bed sheets. Airport transfer, excursions, car rental and house service can be arranged at additional cost.

Few metres away from Tamarina, the latest and most exclusive 18-hole golf course on the island. Minutes away from Riverwalk sports centre; Tamarin shopping mall; Casela Bird Park; Flic en Flac tourist area with its bars,discotheques, restaurants and hotels; Riviere Noire, its big game fishing centre, Ruissea Creole, the new modern shopping complex and Le Morne Golf Course. The villa is 20 minutes drive from Quatre Bornes,well-known for its bazars, 30 minutes from Port-Louis, the capital city and one hour from the airport. Other nearby places of interests one can enjoy: the Black River Gorges Park, Chamarel Coloured Earth, the holly lake Grand Bassin and some hidden unique treasures that can be seen upon arrangement.

Im September 2009 haben wir 2 paradiesiche Wochen in der Traumvilla verbracht, die alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen haben.
Die Lage ist erste Klasse, direkt am Strand. Von der grossen, überdachten Terrasse haben wir viele, wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänga genossen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist individuell und perfekt, lässt keine Wünsche offen. Was einzigartig ist und uns sehr gefiel , war die Aussenküche! Die Eigentümer des Hauses sind an liebenswürdigkeit nicht zu übertreffen! Ohne jemals aufdringlich zu sein, betreuen sie in jeder Hinsicht optimal.
Perfekter und schöner kann man keinen Urlaub machen, als in diesem Paradies.
Hier waren wir nicht das letzte Mal, wir kommen wieder.
Wenn Mauritius, dann nur hier!!

Diese Villa hat unsere jegliche Erwartungen überschritten.
Die Lage ist einfach fantastisch: ruhig gelegen (man braucht ein Auto), man hört das Rauschen des Meeres, das Haus ist toll (sehr groß und komfortabel ausgestattet, viele Wassersportgeräte sind im Haus), der Garten ist sehr gepflegt, in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es mehrere Restaurants mit tollen Speisekarten, die Gegend bietet viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten: verschiedene Wassersports, Spaziergänge mit Löwen, Schimmen mit Delfinen, Wanderwege etc. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (die haben uns viele interessante Tips gegeben und beim Sonnenstich meines Mannes uns sofort geholfen). Man kann Sie wirklich um jeden Rat bitten.
Ob man frisches Trinkwasser gebraucht hat oder einen Kurzschluss im Haus gehabt hat, der Hausmeister war im Nu da. Das Haus wurde mehr mals wöchentlich sauber gemacht.
Für jemanden der Ruhe, Erholung und Besonderheiten sucht - hier ist der richtig!
Unser Urlaub in der Villa war = 2 Wochen im Paradies.
Wir überlegen uns bereits wieder hierhin zu kommen, aber diesmal für noch länger als 2 Wochen.
