The large apartment is located in a villa and is on one level without stairs. A private garden with a table and chairs is located in front of the apartment. The house has a 'loggia’, a covered entrance that leads directly into the living room, which consists of three areas: an area to sit with two sofas, a dining area with a large table and chairs for 8-10 people, a living room with sofa and television. From the dining room there is a direct access to the completely equipped kitchen with a breakfast table and chairs. The kitchen is lovely decorated with ceramic tiles that were produced by the ceramic artist Alexandra Khuen-Belasi. From the right of this you will find a corridor that leads you to the bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms with a double bed. A bedroom with two single beds and one with a bunk bed, each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower, bidet and WC. At the end are the house doors.

Monte Argentari: This Mountain is an island that is connected to the mainland with two ropes. The small sand dunes 'Tombolo di Feniglia' and 'Tombolo di Gianella' turned into peninsulas during recent history. The oldest part of the mountain island is Porto Ercole where the myth of the travels of the Greek hero Hercules was created. The main location is Porto Santo Stefano which had just under 60 residents in the 18th century and belonged as an area and parish to Orbetello. People from Naples, Liguria and Tuscany were settled and dealt with trade and lead people to the sea. They created terraces on the mountain and planted fruits and wine. Ansedonica-Grapes. In 1610, the painter Caravaggio died in Feniglia. Porto Santo Stefano has a Spanish fortress from the XVI century in the centre, a famous harbour, and a destination for a lot of yachts and sail boats and a unique coast with crystal clear water and is thus a paradise for divers.

The private beach: Villa Valle has a private beach in a small bay with a stony ground and crystal clear water, ideal for diving with fins. The bay is private and can only be reached by a few of the other surrounding villas. Here you will surely find nice Italian house owners that usually do not rent their villas out to tourists, but rather spend their time there with their friends. The water in this bay is very shallow at the beginning and ideal for small children, because there are no waves or currents - except if there is bad weather. It is a relaxing location if you want to spend a day at home after diverse tours and activities. Porto Santo Stefano has been a blue flag beach for already 10 years due to the quality and has been distinguished with it.

The beaches: If you prefer the sand beaches, you can visit Gianella or Feniglia which are about 3km from the villa. Both are 6 km of long white beaches surrounded by pine trees and lush vegetation. Feniflia is an untouched stretch of land with Mediterranean vegetation and a part of a national park. Here you will have the opportunity to rent bikes and ride through the pine forest along the sea.

Porto Santo Stefano: Porto Santo Stefano is an old fishing village that has become famous over the past 50 years. It is a secret tip. Porto Santo Stefano's beauty is unique and has a wonderful mixture of old tradition and rich nature; churches and fortresses from the 16th century and every modern comfort with a view of the sea, the islands and the beautiful sunsets.

Golf: One of the most beautifully located golf courses in Tuscany is also nearby: Golf Monte Argentario. This is located on the way to Orbetello and the sand beaches.
