The luxury holiday home "Casa David" is an above-average top property on a level terrace in the Pedramala by Benissa near Moraira and Alicante on the Costa Blanca with a stunning panorama view of the surrounding area and the sea, even to Ibiza with good visibility. The garden area is completely enclosed and secluded and the large terrace is equipped with special artificial stone, which is not heated by the sun. Altogether, the property stretches out over 2000 m² on a level landslide with a beautiful palm tree garden.
