Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub auf Teneriffa . Da kann eine schöne Ferienwohnung nur hilfreich sein! Und das war sie !!!!
Der kontakt zum vermieter verlief bestens und wir wurden herzlichst emfpangen.
Das Studio war in einen sehr gepflegten und sauberen zustand !!
Sehr schön war der tolle ausblick vom Balkon . Es ist einfach ein traum
jeden morgen dort zu früstücken.
Na ja, was sollen wir noch groß schreiben, das Studio ist sehr zu empfehlen und wohl auch bald kein geheimtip mehr!!!!
Wir kommen wieder !!!! :-)

Ich kann mich nur meinen Vorrednern anschliessen! Klasse Lage, sauberes Studio, klasser Vermieter!!!!

Die Online-Beschreibung passt absolut! Man ist mit dem Auto schnell im Süden, aber genauso flott im Norden! Einfach genial

Den vorhergehenden Bewertungen (schöner Meeresblick, netter und sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter, saubere Wohnung, zentrale Lage, Preis-Leistung) können wir uns durchweg anschließen. Da wir jedoch sehr ruhesuchende und -liebende Urlauber sind, können wir dem Punkt "ohne Straßenlärm" nicht ganz zustimmen. Eine vorm Haus vorbeiführende, viel befahrene Straße und hinter dem Haus liegende Autobahn können durchaus störend wirken.

Erholen, die Insel erkunden und Kulinarisches

Wenn man(und frau) sich einen schönen Urlaub gönnen möchte, dann bietet sich dieses gemütliche und ruhig gelegene Apartment wunderbar dazu an. Mit einer Bushaltestelle vor der Haustür ist dies auch ohne Auto möglich und es lässt sich angenehm die Insel erkunden. Wer abends noch lecker essen gehen möchte, benötigt nur fünf Minuten zu einem empfehlenswerten italienischen Restaurant mit frischen Fischgerichten....Als wenn dies nicht alles schon fantastisch genug wäre, das I-Tüpfelchen ist der nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter, bei dem man wunderbar aufgehoben ist und sich z.B.Tipps zu Land und Leuten einholen kann... Ach, herrlich wars!

in Stichpunkten: netter Vermieter und persönlicher Kontakt, saubere und komfortable Wohnung, schöne Terrasse, stadtnahe und ruhige Wohnanlage, schöne Bademöglichkeit, gute Verkehrsanbindung, sehr gute Beschreibung im Online-Inserat, erfreuliches Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, sehr empfehlenswert, gerne wieder.
