unique hideaway with stunning views

Villa La Barchetta is situated close to the village of Praiano on a separate plot with private entrance. The villa has been built around the old olive trees on three garden levels. Down the stairs from the street (approx. 20 steps) one reaches the level with the sundeck. The floor with the living room, a bathroom and a small kitchen, organized to make light summer meals is some steps down. On the same level, there is a stone terrace with a shaded pergola. There is no interior connection to the bedroom level. Down a few more steps through the garden one reaches the lower level, where a double and a twin bedroom are located. Both have a bathroom ensuite. Shops for the daily needs are up in the village, only some minutes walking away. A nice lady will welcome the guests and will take care of the house in the middle of the week. Due to the sloping grounds the villa is not suitable for small children and people with walking difficulties.
