The lovely furnished apartment is found on the second floor of a house with a separate entrance. The owners live on the ground floor. The apartment is furnished for 2 to 4 people. There is a room with 2 beds from 0.90 m and a living room with two cots .90 m that you can either stand by each other or use separately. There is a television in the living room with German satellite programs. The apartment is equipped with a very modern fully fitted kitchen where you can also eat. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower (1,20) and 2 sinks. There is also a reading corner in the apartment on the veranda On the ground floor there is an enclosed courtyard only for the tenant, with garden furniture, lawn chairs, an electric grill and a bike rack.

Rental conditions: Move in: Saturday starting at 15:00, departure: before 10:00 on Saturday. It is expected that the house be left in the same state of cleanliness as was present upon arrival. If this is not the case, then a cleaning fee for 50 EUR will be taken from the deposit. By a fixed reservation, a prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due and you will receive a signed rental contract. The remaining 75% is to be paid on arrival directly to the owner.
