Welcome to my Mulino in Arzachena, Northern Sardinia, just a few km off Costa Smeralda and Olbia. My property is a charmingly converted old Mill House and stables made into apartments set in 2 acres of woodland with its own orange grove and landscaped garden running down to the Mill stream. The rustic and beauty of the Mulino is only a ten minute drive from the internationally famous holiday area of the Costa Smeralda owing its name to the emerald sea and white sandy beaches. This area of the Sardinian coast offers a full range of first class facilities including luxury hotels, a marina, yacht club, tennis, golf club, scuba diving and riding, as well as excellent restaurants, super shopping and night life.

The roomy open apartment with a large sitting room is equipped with 2 bedrooms (one with separable beds) and each with an en-suite bathroom with bath tub or shower. The apartment has a Cain covered terrace overlooking the stream where you can relax or enjoy meals. The apartment in mixed Sardinian and colonial style is perfectly suitable for four persons: either a family or four adults.

The town and port of Olbia is twenty km from II Mulino. From there, frequent ferry boat services connect Sardinia with Genoa, Livorno and Civitavecchia on the mainland. Daily scheduled flights are available to the main Italian and European cities in the summer months with direct services to and from France, Germany, Switzerland, Britain and Sweden. Plus an hour's ferry boat ride to Corsica whereupon entering the spectacular port of Bonifacio one can spend a pleasant day shopping, sightseeing and enjoy a meal in a French trattoria, with a glass of white wine on the queue of the magnificent port of Bonifacio.
