Holiday home on a very peacefully located property (2600 m²) on the edge of the forest equipped with a large kitchen, living room/dining room (about 60 m²) during the summer, also usable during the winter. The bedrooms (20 m²) each have a double bed or two single beds, large wall cabinets. 8 bedrooms have south facing balconies with a stunning view of the Bocksberg. A large open patio, accessible from the living/dining room offers enough space for large families. Parking spaces are located on the property. In addition to self-catering, you can also eat in the a la carte in the restaurant. Usage of the communal sauna, solarium, fitness room, small theater, billiards, darts, table tennis, etc. From the property you can get to Hahnenklee through a footpath where you will find an indoor pool, a cable car to Bocksberg and all facilities needed for daily life.

A few minutes along a path you will find the spa resort Hahnenklee with a spa park, an indoor pool, a pedestrian zone, the cable car to Bocksberg, restaurants and inns, supermarket, bakery and all other facilities you need to meet daily needs. From the summit of Bocksberg, a descent with skis is possible on multiple ski slopes (snow machines) reaching to the holiday home. During the winter, you can reach the house with a mountain bike or on foot. 16 km away you will find the royal city of Goslar with the royal palace, a romantic old city and the mining museums - perfect daily excursions. The cities of Wernigerrode, Quedlinburg, Braunlage, Clausthal-Zellerfeld are surely worth a visit. The Brocken can be reached with the light railway, for example, from Elend. During the Night of the Witches, a visit to the witches' dancing place in Thale should not be missed. The nature park Harz and the Bode Valley invite you to go hiking.

Notes: The object is completely equipped, has been rented since November 2007 and is furnished with primarily new and high-quality furnishing. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc. and also enough pans, dishes and utensils - also for larger groups. In the spacious living-dining room there is space for up to 20 people. Electronic outdoor blinds on the 12 meter wide window front with access to the patio provides for light and a comfortable room climate. TV and DVD are located in the living room with a sectional sofa. On the top floor you will find closed apartments, spaciously designed and all can be reached from the hallway, all with shower-bath, some equipped with TV and balcony. In the house you can use the sauna, solarium, fitness equipment, a small theater, ping-pong tables and different free-time options, like an adventure playground in the outdoor area.
