This is a typical Spanish house, built on a 1200 m² open plot, on one level. The main bedroom has a double bed and exit on to a terrace. Another big bedroom is divided (through curtains) into 2 small rooms with one double bed and two singles. There is a shower room with shower, wash basin and WC. One Bathroom has bath-tub, wash basin and WC. All bedrooms have fans. Enjoy the combined living and dining room with German satellite TV, stereo, fire place and exit on to a roofed terrace with sea views. The new kitchen (10/2007) has an oven, gas hob, fridge / freezer, micro-wave, coffee machine, kettle and exit on to the very private exterior BBQ area which is partially roofed with terrace furniture. You find a storage room with washing machine. We have central heating on gas. The private pool (7 x 4 m) is surrounded by a very private tiled terrace and 4 sun lounges. A parking space for 3 cars is available. New furnished and painted (interior).

There are 3 km to the town centre and 0.7 km to the nearest restaurants. The distances are 1.5 km to the nearest beach (Puerto Blanco) and 3 km to the main Calpe beach. It is only 1.2 km to the nearest supermarket. Visit the old town Calpe in 3 km distance, or Altea in 12 km distance. You can play Tennis in Altea, visit the Aquarium in Valencia, it is the biggest in Europe, reachable in one hour by car. Go shopping in Alicante.
