The apartment is situated in Lichtenrade, a quiet district in southern Berlin. In only 8 minutes on foot you reach the urban railway station where you have direct connections to the city (Potsdam Square 20 minutes, train station S2dkreuz 10 minutes). The airport Schönefeld is ca. 15 minutes away by car. The apartment is equipped with a living room, one to two bedrooms, kitchen with a dining corner and a big bathroom. Terrace and a lawn and playground are available.
