Enjoy living a different Caribbean way and feel comfortable in our lovely furnished studio with a private pool and whirlpool in a tropical palm garden. Our newly built studio (07/2007) offers you everything you need for your individual holiday with self-catering on 60 m2, the completely equipped kitchen is integrated in the covered outside patio, a large refrigerator for your cool drinks, comfortable chairs, sun loungers and a hammock invite you to relax and enjoy the very light breeze from the nearby sea. In the studio you will find a living-bedroom with a French bed (2x2m) and a cosy couch for 2 people, a very quiet air conditioner and fan and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. You have a private entrance and are completely independent in the studio and the tropical garden with a pool. The beach Playa el Agua with countless restaurants and bars can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.

Our beautiful peaceful studio in the middle of a tropical palm garden is located in the North of the Isla Margarita in La Mira, only 150 m from the favourite white beach, the Playa el Agua. The location of the 'Villa Caribbean Sunshine' is excellent. In just a few minutes you can get directly to the Playa el Agua, a kilometer long beach surrounded by palms - pure Caribbean! Our tastefully set-up, romantic tropical garden, in contrast to the turbulent beach life, is an oasis of rest and relaxation. All important venues, like supermarkets, pharmacies, laundromats, taxis, bus, restaurants and bars are located 200 m away. It is 25 km to the shopping mile in Porlamar. We offer our guests our own rental car with which you can discover the island independently. After your arrival, you will have a free transfer to the supermarket, to the bakery and a small cruise to the neighboring beaches with recommendations and tips about restaurants.

Included services:: The nightly price includes the following services: personal transfer from the airport for a booking length of 2 or more weeks, for a booking length of less than 2 weeks, a transfer costs € 20, refreshments upon arrival, guide to the nearby environment and useful tips (shops, restaurants, nearby beaches). Upon arrival, a ride to the supermarket, bakery, bank, etc., pool and whirlpool usage (24 hours), bedsheets / towels and beach towels are provided and cleaned free of charge.

Upon a price agreement, we offer our guests:: Island cruises; mountain hike in the tropical rain forest, - shopping ride to Porlamar with guide.

Extra costs: Merely for final cleaning of the studio there is a one-time fee of € 30.00. For bookings of only one week, the final cleaning can be discounted.

Hallo!

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Studio verbracht und waren alle hellauf begeistert!
Das Haus im gesamten ist wirklich wunderschön gestaltet und das Studio ebenso. Die Terasse mit intergrierter Küche und TV/Hifi ist nur eines der Höhepunkte. Ebenso Top ist das Schlafzimmer, das geräumige Bad und natürlich der super Palmengarten
Der Pool ist sehr schön angelegt und läd zum erfrischen ein.
Also wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen, ebenso wie die Insel an sich. Wir hatten einen der schönsten Urlaube überhaupt :)
Danke auch an unsere Vermieter, die uns diesen tollen Urlaub mitermöglicht und berreichert haben!
