This nice Finca-country house with pool is situated in a green valley between Arta and San Lorenzo in absolutely quiet position. The plot of 150.000 qm has got its own hiking trails and is completely fenced in with electric door. The country house (2007 completely renovated and altered) has got 4 double sleep rooms (1 with double bed and 3 with 2 single beds each one), 2 sleep rooms get bath room en suite and there is another bath room, completely equipped in and a guest toilet. The large, nice kitchen has got a 4 fire gas cooker, oven, toaster, dish washer, coffee machine, wash machine, dryer and place to eat. The large living/dining room in 2 planes has got open fire place, Sat-TV, DVD-player, stereo and radio and a separated sitting place with games to play. The house has got central heating, air conditioner and very superior furnished. Large covered terrace with garden furniture. Pool 3 x 6 m unchlorinated (get cleaned with salt), secured access and pool terrace.

In 10 minutes with the car you arrive 4 golf links, different marinas, ridding stables and tennis courts. Arta disposes about a very nice pedestrian zone. Each Tuesday is market day. We advise to visit the abbey San Salvador and the caves of Arta. A family friendly beach you can find in Canyamel.
