The vacation home La Perla with its private garden is located by the beach promenade on the beaches of La Barrosa (Chiclana) in the Cádiz province. Most of the rooms in the vacation home are designed facing the ocean On the ground floor is a living-dining room with direct access to the patio and garden, a bathroom with a French double bed, a bathroom and a completely equipped kitchen. On the second floor is the main bedroom with a private roof deck, another double bedroom and a second bathroom. La Perla is a comfortable, light-flooded house with a friendly Mediterranean design. During the cooler times of the year, the ground floor is heated by an electric heater and on the second floor there is also a heater. The open fireplace in the living-dining room provides for a romantic ambiance during the cooler months. A perfect vacation home for every season.

Notes to the rental rates

• The stated prices are valid for a booking with 3-4 people, 5 people for an extra fee of 20€ per night. Please ask about the special conditions with a booking of up to 2 people (other than during the 4A/4B). A deposit amounting to half of one weeks rent is to be paid in cash upon arrival. Pets can only be brought along with a previous and written agreement with the landlord.
  
• Additional costs: children's bed 40 €, child high-chair 18€, final cleaning costs including laundry 35 per person (minimum amount of 115 €).
  
• Payment form: 30 percent of the rental price is due upon receiving the booking confirmation. The rest of the amount is to be paid at latest 30 days before arrival. Cancellation fees: 30% up to 60 days before arrival and 95% up to 59 days before the arrival.

Near the vacation home you will find many small beach restaurants, cafeterias, a supermarket, tapa-bars, a bank and small shops and only a few minutes drive away is a large selection of national and international restaurants. There is a lot going on during the summer. The beach promenade is a popular destination for the locals - especially on Sundays and holidays. Here people meet up with friends or family for a 'Café con Leche'or for lunch or dinner - information and news are then shared. Artists display their work on the beach promenade, whether it be a hand-painted picture, sculptures or self-made jewelry - you will definitely find something here that will make you happy. The ambiance during the summer is international, during the other seasons it is predominantly Spanish. Enjoy how the sun, sea and beach play with the light - its all right in front of your door
