Terraced house in a small holiday complex. The house is only 250 m from the Costa Rei beach - without a street between it and the beach. The Sardinian-style furnishings are practical: 3 rooms, ground floor, 60 m² house. Entry way, living/dining room with fully-equipped kitchen. Double bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 two-bed bedroom. Shower w/ WC. Beautiful covered veranda with table set, perfect for dining outdoors, Sardinian grill and garden.

Costa Rei - also called the Caribbean of Europe because of its white beaches and emerald coloured ocean. An excellent holiday residence. The scenery in the south east of the island by Villasimius and Costa Rei is especially beautiful. Guest will find an exotic holiday atmosphere here, far off the beaten track. Traffic routes: Traffic connections from Genua or Livorno to Cagliari, Arbatax, Porto Torres or Olbia. Airline and charter flights to the most important European cities can be found in Cagliari and Olbia. Recreation: During the season, you can find many places to shop and simple or special restaurants on Costa Rei. Sport: most water sports, horse riding and tennis. We also recommend cycling. Trips: numerous places of interest and original towns inland, museum train from Cagliari to Arbatax.
