Wir waren im Mai 2009 mit unseren drei Kindern (14,13,11) eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung. Sie war für unsere Bedürfnisse bestens: groß, gut ausgestattet und wie das ganze Haus offenbar neu renoviert. In jeweils 7 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an den beiden nächsten U- und S-Bahn Haltestellen (Hermannstraße - mit Kaiser's, Plus und 2 x Burger King - fanden wir besser als Haltestelle Neukölln - dort REAL-Markt und McDonalds). Zum Potsdamer Platz sind es dann mit der S-Bahn 20 Minuten. Alles optimal und vor allem viel günstiger als Hotel und mit wesentlich mehr Platz. Von uns aus sehr empfehlenswert.

Eine gemütliche und gut ausgestatte Ferienwohnung, die genug Platz für 5 Personen bietet. Alle Zimmer sind sauber, und im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein toller Ofen der im Winter eine gemütliche Atmosphäre verspricht. Die S und U-Bahn Verbindung ist sehr gut, und in nur 6 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch zum Einkaufen ist es nicht weit, in 8 Min. ist man beim Real Markt.
