Such quiet residences so close to the Atlantic are a rarity. Our sand dune house is only 200 m from the ocean in the Seignosse/Hossegor beach quarter. Just walk a couple of minutes to the water whenever you feel like it. Swim fans, surfers, beach runners and parents of large or small children will enjoy the independence of not using a car. The 120 m² house is uncomplicated, yet fully-furnished, and has enough space for 6 people, all in all it is very comfortable. There is a spacious living room with fireplace, a normal kitchen with typical appliances, 3 double bedrooms with firm French beds, 1 recently renovated bathroom with shower + 1 shower cubicle, a covered south-facing terrace, garden furniture, sun beds, grill. It is all on 1500 m² of private sand area with natural dune grasses, beach plants, even wild flowers grow here.

Hossegor has grown as an Atlantic ocean-side resort since the 20s, sporty Seignosse by comparison was just planned 30 years ago. The spot was perfectly chosen, because the grandness and size of the sand beaches in front of a sylvan sand dune belt make 'Côte d'Argent', the silver coast on the Atlantic so appealing. Many villas, as well as terraced houses cosy up discretely in the stone pine forest, there is a lively centre with market, shops, pubs, simple restaurants, beautiful hiking trails, a vast cycling system, a amusement pool, tennis courts and a challenging golf course. Evening entertainment, chic shopping, strolling ambience, original restaurants can be found in Hossegor, and possibly right in Biarritz, which is only 30 km away on the motorway.
