The house include wood and tile floors, wooden-beamed ceilings, fireplace and firewood. You will receive a welcoming start-up package. The towels are changed twice and the bed linen once a week. In the town, you will also find a supermarket, restaurants, bakery, butchery, bank and savings bank, a playground for children and a train station with connections to Munich.

This family-friendly accommodation is located in the Upper Bavaria. Pets are allowed upon request. Sat/ TV and WLAN Internet are available. The Osterseen Nature Reserve, the St. Eurach Golf Club with view of the Zugspitze Mountain, tennis and riding on location, hiking and biking trails starting just in front of the house, bathing lakes, sailing and surfing at the Starnberger Lake, the swimming pool with artificial waves Penzberg within 2 km are all there for you to enjoy. Within 15 minutes, you can reach Trimini in Kochel am See, as well as Alpamare in Bad Tölz. Besides, you can visit the Buchheim Museum at the Starberger Lake. Within 10 minutes you reach an open air museum in Glentleiten, in 15 minutes the Franz-Marc museum in Kochel, in 30 minutes to the baroque monastery Ettal, in 45 minutes to the Rococo church and to the Linderhof Palace of the Bavarian King Ludwig II.

Ski: There are cross country tracks for classic cross country nearby, while you can go snow-boarding and Alpine skiing at Blomberg in Bad Tölz, at Brauneck in Lenggries or in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, only 15 to 30 minutes away by car.

Golf: Golf lovers will be glad to find 3 beautiful golf courses near our vacation house. Directly on location, within a short walk, you can find the St.Eurach Golf and Landclub, former venue for the BMW Open. A bit further north beside Starnberger Lake is Feldafing golf club. Going north-east you will find the Golf Club Beuerberg. Even the Golf Club Iffeldorf is just a stone’s throw away and can be reached in just a few minutes.

Erholung und Entdeckungen mit Freunden

Wir verbrachten zu Fünft ( 2 Paare und ein Kleinkind) eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Die Einrichtung hat genau die richtige Mischung zwischen Gemütlichkeit, persönliche Note der Einrichter und Freiraum für Gäste. Die Angaben im Prospekt und Online-Inserat waren allesamt zutreffend.

Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt, die Vermieter haben uns gut mit Informationen und Tipps für Unternehmungen versorgt. Wir fanden mehrmals nette kleine Extras, die nicht zu erwarten waren (z.B. ein Milchaufschäumer). Wenn was fehlte, dann weil wir es nicht mit hatten. Selbst dann konnten die Vermieter Abhilfe schaffen. (Bobbycar fürs Kind). Die beiden geräumigen Schlafzimmer getrennt durch einen großzügigen Wohnraum machten es uns auch bei dem nicht gerade tollen Wetter möglich, uns rundum wohlzufühlen. Also gut für Leute, die mal wieder Zeit am Stück miteinander brauchen.

Auf jeden Fall würden wir Freunde dorthin schicken. Gut geegnet für Freunde-Urlaub, egal welchen Alters. Zwei Paare geht gut - auch mit bis zu zwei Kleinkindern.

Das große Angebot rundum was nette Städtchen ( z.B Murnau) zahllose Badeseen (der Fohnsee abends manchmal fast alleine), Wandermöglichkeiten und Kunst (Museen Blauer Reiter etc.) konnten wir in dieser Woche nicht alles wahrnehmen. Es hätte länger dauern können.Gute Basis für Unternehmungen, allerdings ist Auto nicht schlecht.

Wohlfühlurlaub im komfortablen Ferienhaus

Die Beschreibung des Ferienhauses im Prospekt und anderen Unterlagen trifft exakt zu und wir haben es auch, dank guter Wegbeschreibung, ohne Probleme gefunden.

Der Zustand des Ferienhauses ist ganz hervorragend. Wir waren sehr überrascht über die wunderbare Einrichtung und die Sauberkeit im Haus bei unserem Eintreffen.

Die Freizeitmöglichkeiten beschränken sich bei uns hauptsächlich auf Wanderungen und ist in der näheren Umgebung bestens möglich.

Über die Betreuung des Vermieters können wir nur gutes sagen. Sie hatten immer ein offenes Ohr und wir haben uns sehr gut verstanden. Zur Vorbereitung erhielten wir einen ausführlichen Prospekt zum Ferienhaus mit Anreiseplan.

Es hat uns rundum gefallen und wir haben daheim in unserem Bekanntenkreis schon einigen den Mund wässerig gemacht, wie man so schön sagt.

Hervorragende Restaurants in und um Iffeldorf rundeten das Wohlgefühl an den Osterseen noch ab.
