The entire living area of the villa is approximately 220 m² and everything is on one level. The Villa is, therefore, also very suitable for older guests too. There is a living room, dining room, a kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, several terraces and parking for up to four cars. In addition, in a separate room, there is a heated pool, with a large terrace. The pool is almost always around 30° C. Stairs lead you into the garden. A roofed area, or pergola, offers soothing shade. There is a barbecue grill. In the living room got a cozy sofa and armchair and a glass and marble table. In one corner there is a desk. You can connect your laptop there to the Internet (analogue) to access your e-mail. The TV is connected to a digital satellite service for the reception of major international channels. There is a stereo system with a radio and a CD player.

On the sunny West coast of Tenerife, between the giant hotels of Playa de las Americas and the gigantic cliffs of the Teno mountains, there is a coastline of quiet resorts and still small fishing villages, such as La Caleta, Playa San Juan and Alcalá. The warm and partly quite green West coast benefits from the Gulfstream and therefore is particularly suitable for growing tomatoes and bananas. Before Playa San Juan, there are the small holiday resorts of Playa Paraiso and Callao Salvaje. A little further than Callao Salvaje you reach 'Mar Azul' where you will find 'Villa Costabama'. The attractive Villa has outstanding facilities, generous living space and is found in a wonderfully peaceful location. It is only at 150 m above sea level, but that guarantees an excellent view of the Atlantic Ocean, and the South West coast of Tenerife, from Playa San Juan to Los Gigantes.

  • The Villa Costabama is priced at € 120 per day for 2 people, and € 130 during the period from 19 December to 6 January. Each additional person over 13 years old will be charged € 20 per day. For children between 2 and 12 years, the charge will be € 10, and for under 2s, € 5. Final cleaning is charged as one extra day’s rent. For little ones, a cot and a highchair can be provided. A Studio is also available for rent at surcharge of € 20. The Studio is not available separately; it is only let to guests of Villa Costabama.

From the bedroom you enter the bathroom with shower, wash basin, WC, and bath. The other bedrooms have double beds of 150 x 200 cm. All beds have comfortable mattresses. There are two other bathrooms with shower, wash basin and WC. From the garden, you can find a separate small Studio. In the combined living space, there is a double bed, a television and a small kitchen range. The Studio also has a bathroom with a shower, washbasin and WC. The studio will only be rented in conjunction with the Villa Costabama. This ensures that the property will not be shared by different guests.

The Villa Costabama is a non-smoking property. Smoking on the patio or in the outdoor area is, of course, possible. Several gourmet restaurants as well as supermarkets are very close by, only 2 to 5 minutes by car. The 5-star Hotel 'Abama' is nearby. The newly created beach is open to the public and therefore all Tenerife’s guests. Hotel Abama includes a golf course, where golfers that are not hotel guests are very welcome. The distance to Tenerife South airport is about 30 km, and the North Airport north about 100 km. It’s about 5 minutes drive to Playa San Juan and about 15 minutes to Las Americas. Bed linen, hand towels, bath towels and tea towels are provided in plenty. Guests are greeted with a welcome basket of fresh fruit and drinks.
