Our holiday apartment, about 70 m², is furnished with a lot of taste and love. With 2 separate bedrooms, completely equipped kitchen with a comfortable corner for sitting, shower/WC, hallway with cloakroom and a balcony on which you have a fantastic view of the Stubai Valley. Sat TV, towels, dishrags, bedsheets, toilet paper, cleaning agents included. Rail bed and high chair available. Garden with lawn, playground, play room, ski room with ski dryer, a cosy parlor with a tiled stove. Parking space directly by the house. Free swimming in the indoor pool Neustift possible. Fresh milk. Farmer's bread and butter from our own farm. Bread service possible.

Surrounding: Visit the largest year-round ski region in Austria on the Stubai Glacier, the ski region Schlick 2000, the Serles lifts, 11-person lifts, the cors country valley trails and elevated trails also during the winter on the Stubai glacier and in the Schlick. We have an ice rink during the winter and a ski, snowboard and sled rental. Visit the summer toboggan run, horse-drawn carraiges are also organised. Hike through the entire Stubai valley. Here you can go mountain hiking and climbing, paragliding and kite flying. Experience the untouched side valleys. Golf course 25 minutes away by car. Here you will find indoor tennis courts, bowling alley, indoor pool, climbing hall, water slide, billiards and sport shops. Visit the iron museum. New in the Stubai Valley is a high rope garden and a stable with western riding.

Wunderschön gelegen, mit herrlichem Blick ins Tal und auf die Berge.Die Ferienwohnungen sind sehr sauber und geräumig. Service und Sauberkeit werden in diesem Haus groß geschrieben. Ganz liebe Hausherren machen den Aufenthalt insbesondere für Kinder zum echten Urlaub. Das Haus ist kinderlieb eingerichtet, mit Spielzimmer und Spielplatz am Haus. Vielen Dank für eine erlebnisreiche Urlaubswoche im Juli 09.

Die Natur und die Gegend lädt zum wandern ein

Hallo,
wir können nur sagen das dieser Urlaub einfach super war!!! Eigentlich sind wir nicht wegen des Wanderns in die Alpen gefahren, aber als wir in unsere Ferienwohnung ankamen und die wunderschönen Alpen mit der herrlichen Natur sahen, hatte auch uns das "Wanderfieber" gepackt.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung und super nette Vermieter! Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, wir wollten gar nicht nach 11 Tagen gehen, wir wären gern noch geblieben wenn wir mehr Urlaub gehabt hätten. Alles war sehr sauber, Handtücher wurden reichlich gewechselt und vom Balkon hatte man eine geniale Aussicht! Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und reichlich, auch für Vegetarier und die selbstgemachte Butter war einfach köstlich!!! Zum wandern war es dort auch ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt und wir hatten dort in der Nähe ein Wasserfall wo wie unsere Trinkflaschen gleich auffüllen konnten.

Empfehlen können wir die Wilde-Wasser-Tour, an der Sulzenau-Alm vorbei! Das war unsere beste Tour und der Besinnungsweg ist auch sehr zu empfehlen, um sich erstmal "warm" zu wandern. Und nach einer langen Wander-Tour sind wir in das Schwimmbad in Neustift gegangen um unsere Glieder wieder zu entspannen, wo wir kostenlosen Eintritt hatten! Dann können wir dort die Rodelbahn an den Serlesbahnen in Mieders empfehlen. Sie ist 2,8 km lang und macht "tierisch" Spass (man darf nur keinen Langsamen vor sich haben)!

Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder, denn wir wollen alle Wilde-Wasser- Touren gehen und hoffen dann dass für uns eine Wohnung dann in dieser Zeit frei ist.
