Haus war genauso wie in der Beschreibung, sauber und gepflegt.
Die Lage war ideal, man konnte zur Innenstadt bequem zu Fuss gehen. Der Strand war in Ordnung, aber in der Hochsaison total überfüllt. Hier muss man einige Kilometer Stadtauswärts fahren.
Durch die Vermieterin wurden wir Super betreut und konnten uns mit jeder Frage bzw. Problem an Sie wenden. Hilfe kam prompt. In der Nähe des Feriehnhauses sind mehrere sehr gute Restaurants (unsere Gewichtszunahme von einigen Kilos zeigt dies deutlich). Das Ferienhaus wuerden wir jeden Empfehlen vor allem auch die Naehe zur wirklich sehenswerten Innenstadt. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist in einer Seitenstrasse, zwar fast direkt am kleinen Hafen, aber doch sehr ruhig gelegen. Wenn wir nochmal in Zadar Urlaub machen, dann in diesem Haus.
