Alassio: in our house, which is located 520 m above sea level in Leverone near Alassio (25 km), a family with 4 people can spend a beautiful holiday. Enjoy the clean air, go walking and hiking in the mountains, be pampered by the simple inns with a lovely meal, drive along the sea, visit one of the countless churches and monasteries, experience landscape, sun and silence on our beautiful terrace or just relax. Athletic activities, like golfing, are also possible nearby. There is also a tennis court and a bocce field directly in the city, only 200m away. A/C is not required, because the natural stone walls provide for a comfortable climate.

Liguria borders Tuscany in the east and stretches like a crescent in the west on the French border. The regional capital is Genoa. The climate on the Ligurian coast, particularly the Riviera di Ponente, is one of the best and mildest in Europe. The long, warm summer starts punctually in March and ends at the beginning of November. The short winter is free of frost and mild. During the summer, countless beaches in the popular swimming locations Alassio, Diana Marina, San Remo or in small, protected bays invite you to sunbathe and swim. Only a few kilometres behind the turbulent beach life a mountain panorama begins in the back country with olive groves, stone pines and chestnut forests. Untouched, historical villages are embedded on the steep slopes. The villages are made of natural stone and sit atop the sunny slopes.

Italien ursprünglich erleben

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Casa Andrea. Sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich ist das nette Steinhaus. Leverone ist
ursprünglich und ländlich und wir waren im Dorf trotz minimalistischer Italienisch Kenntnisse herzlich willkommen. Oben in den Bergen, die
italienische Küche, einfach, frisch und köstlich zubereitet hätten wir wohl sonst nie erlebt. Die Küstenstädte sind alle alt gewachsen und laden zu Ausflügen ein. Der Strand, jetzt im September war überhaupt nicht voll und das Klima einfach herrlich. Für alle die wandern wollen, entspannen, Ausflüge machen und italiensche Lebensart kennen lernen möchten, ein wunderbares Urlaubsziel.

Hier in diesem schönen Domizil ist Erholung pur angesagt.
Egal ob man mit den Kindern an den schönen Sandstrand bei Allassio zum Baden und Sonnen will, ob man auf der Terrasse abends mit seiner Frau eine gute Flasche Wein aus der Region genießt, ob man wandern möchte oder in der Umgebung sich richtig mit ligurischem Essen in einem schönen Lokal verwöhnen lässt, es ist alles möglich. Besonderst schön fanden wir die Gastfreundschaft der Einwohner des Ortes. Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kindern hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Haus und die Lage des Hauses ergeben Italien live.
Die Dorfgemeinschaft lädt zum leben und feiern ein.
Der Weg zum Mittelmeer ist gut. Es gibt freie Strände
in Albenga.
Herrliche Gegend zum Wandern, Biken etc.
Alles in allem: Es lohnt sich.
