The object is located in the heart of the Cariboo. Appart from the american moose and the coyotes from time to time some black bears will visit your property. You will find yourself on a very private property with direct access to 130 miles lake (no other property at the lake!). The river San Jose flows in front of the property towards Williams Lake. Fishing or Icefishing, canooing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, hiking and biking are activities you can do directly on your property. Other sports activities, such as downhill skiing, to golf, to sail, water skiing are all around the area (15-40minutes). The national parks Banff, Jasper, Wells Grey are well accessible. However an overnight stay is recommendet.

  • One room is on the ground floor, three other rooms including master bedroom are on the second floor, reachable over the open gallery viewing to the living room. The stairs can be locked by rustic cast iron gates to prevent kids falling down. Each room has an acustic control for the central sound system. The rooms are easy maintainable by the central vacuum system. Logs cause a natural climate in the whole building. However, the temperatur can be individually regulated in all rooms. The Master bedroom has its own steam shower, bathtub and toilet. Two other guest rooms share the bathroom and toilet. The third guest room has its own bathroom, shower and toilet.
