Renovated cottage with beautiful view into the Chalon valley 450m above NN on the edge of St. Sernin du Plain (a landmarked wine village). Fantastic tranquility and a lot of sunny days on the Cote d’Or are guaranteed. The accommodation has an eat-in kitchen, a large living room with a fireplace, TV, DVD-player, stereo, bathroom and guest toilet, 2 bedrooms and is ideal for 3-4 people. Pets are allowed! There is also a large roof deck, garden and swimming pool. Ideal for golfers (2 golf courses, each 20 km away), cycling and hiking.

Notes: The accommodation has elegant furnishing: a chair and sofa in front of the fireplace, dining table and eat-in kitchen in the back area of the living room, reading chair by the book shelf, rustic and modern eat-in kitchen with 6 spots, central heating, washing machine, dryer in the utility room on the main floor, a bedroom and WC on the main floor, a double bedroom and bathroom on the second floor and a large roof deck with 2 tables (each with 4 garden chairs) and four more chairs. The garden is about 700 m² large, there you will find 2 seating corners, each with 4 chairs, 3 lawn chairs and a grilling space. If you wish, you can use the swimming basin with a diameter of 5 m and a depth of 1.25m (see the instruction manual onsite).
