Located in the centre of Rome, it's a first floor of a nice ancient building (no lift is available), at a few minutes walking from the magnificent Santa Maria in Trastevere and nearby the famous piazza San Pietro. With its central location will easy reach the splendid via Giulia and Piazza Farnese with its famous palace; and why do not profit of the closeness of Campo de Fiori and Piazza Navona? This area offers a range of fashionable shops and characteristic eating places, where typical Roman cuisine can be enjoied in the many trattorias, pizzerias and wine bars where visitors will really feel part of the atmosphere of the old Rome. The apartment consist in a large living room with 2 sofa (1sofa convertable in a double bed), a large table & a full furnished kitchen, 1bedroom with double size bed, 1 bedroom with 1 twin size bed, 2 bathrooms, one with a tub. The first day breakfast is offered.

Rental rates for the Trastevere holidays-la lungara in Rome, Rome & Lazio, Italy

Notes to the rental rates

• The rental prices are up to 3 people. 100 EUROS deposit is to be handed over with entry and is handed over by house deliveries to the tenant again.
  In the low season the price for 4/5 people is € 150/ night and € 730/week,
  In the high season the price for 4/5 people is € 180 for night and € 980/week.
  The Christmas and Easter rental rates are anyway the same, doesn't matter the numbers of people.
  Taxi service from and to the airports available under request. Every day clean up available under request.
  Final cleaning is € 30, bed linens and towels are included in the rental price. The first day breakfast is offered.
  
• The booking fee is the 25% of the rental fee and is due in advance in order to finalize the reservation on the account of the owner. Moreover, no contract between client and owner will come into existence until the owner receives the Booking fee payment or the evidence of it.
  The Balance 75% + € 100 for deposit, is the remaining cost of the Rental and is due upon arrival at the Property by cash.
