Very pleasant villa in southern style, full of character and absolutely quietly situated in a closed private villa area, where only residents can accede. Due to its situation high on a cap, the villa offers a breathtaking view on the Mediterranean Sea. The house is equipped in a clear and convenient way. It disposes on two floors of four double bedrooms, one room for two children and an other room for two children and two adults, three shower rooms, a living room with cosy TV corner and a gallery where the kitchen and the dining space are situated. You will enjoy the large and partially covered upper terrace with barbecue. Except one bedroom, all other rooms have a very nice sea view. You can park three cars on the closed ground.

Anthéor is bordered on the south by the Mediterranean Sea ands north side by the Estérel-Mountains. You can reach Anthéor by the fabulous coast road 'Corniche d'Or' from Cannes or Saint-Raphaël.
