Jardín de Aridane is a small, exclusive holiday resort with two bungalows for 3 respectively 4 persons and an apartment for up to 2 persons. It is situated on 400m height below El Paso in the sunny west of the island, not far from Los Llanos and the beaches of Tazacorte and Puerto Naos. To the nature preservation area, the Caldera de Taburiente, it is only approx. 10 minutes by car. Here you will live very calmly and nevertheless central to all important places of interest. You stay in a comfortable, spacious and completely equipped Bungalow or apartment with sleeping and living area - and an American kitchen with all utensils. Roomy bathrooms and a large terrace with a breathtaking ocean- and mountain-view (or pool view if you stay in the apartment) are guaranteed. The water for our large pool comes from the mountains and has almost the quality of drinking water. The pool is chlorine-free and solar heated, so that it can be used the whole year over.

The nature resort 'Caldera de Taburiente' can be reached in 15 min. by car. Well maintained subtropical park with lots of romantic sunny and shady areas to relax, solar heated, chlorine-free swimming pool (5x10x1,6m) with large terrace, comfortable sun beds, tables and chairs, BBQ-area, fish-pond with waterfall, voliere with exotic birds. Private parking on the property. Im Haus "La Palma" haben wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub verlebt. Wir konnten Ruhe tanken, und wurden von den Gastgebern bestens betreut.
Leider muss man zum Meer oder zu anderen interessanten Orten jeweils lange mit dem Auto fahren.
Recommended for:  Age 55+
Owner's Response: Das Anwesen liegt sehr zentral zwischen Los Llanos und El Paso und ist damit ideal geignet für Urlauber, die die Insel auf eigene Faust entdecken möchten. Für einen reinen Bade- oder Strandurlaub, vielleicht auch noch ohne den für La Palma obligaten Mietwagen, empfiehlt es sich dann aber doch, in einem der typischen Touristenorte am Meer abzusteigen.
