Villa near to the sea with sea view from the country. 180 sq.m. site. The ground floor contains a perfect kitchen with dishwasher. The living/dining area has a large fireplace and comfortable seating and an adjacent living/bedroom with bathroom. On the upper floor there are 3 double bedrooms with one bathroom. The house has 2 terraces with view of the Tuscan countryside as far as the sea. Every room has access to the lovely grounds and terraces. The grounds contain stylish garden furniture and there's a pool (9 x 4 m). Your own parking spot at the house. Washing machine, dishwasher, satellite Tv are all part of the fittings. Camaiore, the local town, is 7 minutes away by car. The surrounding countryside has lots of walkways and you can take a trip to Pisa, Lucca, Florence etc. or to the sea. Pisa airport makes your arrival easy. The house is for 6 - 8 persons.

The house is ideal for 6 - 8 persons seeking the peace of the countryside who enjoy local culture and good food. It's in a lovely quiet location with a view of the countryside towards the sea. It stands alone with own pool and parking. The beautiful town of Camaiore is 7 minutes away. You can eat really well in local restaurants, the sea is about 12 minutes away. Pisa, Lucca and Florence are very near. Carrara and Pietrasanta (arts towns) show you the creations of art or sit in the lovely squares and watch and take part in Tuscan life. Pisa airport, just 35 km away, will shorten your journey.

Notes: The furnishings are best quality. All sanitation and technology is of a high standard. The furniture is typically Tuscan. The beds in bedrooms have good mattresses - there's climate control in bedrooms, and well-planted grounds all around. Each room has access to the garden and thereare large terraces in front of the bedrooms on the ground floor. The view from the house and grounds is breathtaking, right across the countryside to the sea. Your own parking for 4 cars is next to the house. The pool (4 x 9 ) invites you in. All in all a relaxing house with a fantastic location, within easy reach of the sea and all the famous places in Tuscany.

Even if the description is not good (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in reality, no climate control in bedrooms), the house is really nice and the furnitures are best quality. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The location is great (alone in the montains) with an extraordinary view ! The pool is nice, but not private (some people came to it night and day during our stay). Also there is great walks in the mountains to do. I will recommend this property !
Owner's Response: The only person-swimming in the pool was the son of the owner because he lives in a little house close to the Villa and he is looking after the pool that every thing is o.k.I forgot to say it before.
The house is in an absolut privat surrounding,even with a fence.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Maurizio verbracht.

Das Haus erfüllt alle Klischees die man als Nichtitaliener von einer toskanischen Villa hat. Die Lage ist ruhig, jedoch nicht abgelegen.Man ist in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto in Camaiore. Dort gibt es einen Supermarkt und eine schöne Fußgängerzone mit kleinen Geschäften.

Das Haus hat 2 große Schlafzimmer jeweils mit wunderschönen Terassen, ein Schlafzimmer ohne Terasse
und einen großen Raum mit einer bequemen und breiten Ausziehcouch( unsere beiden Kinder schliefen dort Alter 11 und 16 Jahre)
Wir hatten das Haus mit Freunden gemietet insgesamt 4 Erwachsene 4 Kinder (Alter 6-16 Jahren)
Die Einrichtung ist funktionell aber stilvoll mit Liebe zum Detail. Ein sehr schöner Garten.
Beide Bäder sind neu und gepflegt. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag , meist unbemerkt morgens früh gesäubert.
Wir haben uns dort vom 1. Tag an sehr wohl gefühlt.
Wir hoffen wir können diese schöne Landschaft, dann sicherlich in diesem Haus , nochmals geniesen.

Super Haus - auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!!!

Haus ist tatsächlich wie im Internet beschrieben, nur das 4. Schlafzimmer hatte leider keine Tür; auch Lage und Aussicht waren grandios; ein italienisch sprechender Mitreisender wäre von Vorteil, da Vermieter vor Ort nur italienisch sprechen; würden das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Für die Fahrten in den Ort hat sich ein mitgebrachter Roller als Glücksgriff erwiesen, die Auf- und Abfahrt mit großen Autos ist doch ein wenig schwierig. Mitgebrachte Fahrräder wurden aufgrund der Steigung zum Haus nicht genutzt. Auf jeden Fall den Berg einmal bis ganz nach oben zum Örtchen Casoli weiterfahren, echt sehenswert.
