The bright holiday home having a lovely balcony is located in the 3rd floor of a marvelous stucco old building with elevator. It is newly modernised and lovingly and comfortably furnished (with large corner bath-tub, washing machine, dishwasher, Cable TV, cot etc.). The apartment offer a cosy and romantic atmosphere.

The apartment is located in the popular urban district, at the centre of Friedrichshain. The subway station of Samariter Street and/or Frankfurt gate is only 3 minutes away by foot. With the subway you can reach Alexanderplatz in approx. 6 to 8 minutes. Numerous tourist places (television tower, red town hall, old national gallery, Bodemuseum, Berlin cathedral, museum island (with Pergamon museum, old museum, DDR museum), the shopping mile Friedrichstrasse, Gendarmenmarkt, Hackischer market etc.) can be reached within 5 minutes. The famous Barmeile Simon-Dach-Strasse, where you find more than 60 cafes, bars and restaurants, is two cross-roads away from the apartment. One also finds designer boutiques, galleries and small stores here which are open 24 hours.
