Fantastic villa situated on Bendinat hill, only 100 metres from the entrance to the prestigious Royal Golf of Bendinat Golf Club. The sea and beaches are only a couple of minutes drive away. This beautiful house consists of an entrance hall with an open plan dining area, living area, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The property is built on 1000m2, including garden and pool. It has a wonderful view on the golf and on the sea. The villa is perfectly situated for both golfers and beach goers. The golf course is less than 2mns walk and the numerous beaches of the south coast of Mallorca are within a short drive or a cycle ride. The first floor has 3 double bedrooms with one bathroom each, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, one living room, HI-FI, TV, DVD. A big terrace gives a direct access to the garden and the pool. The second floor has a big modern living room with saloon with fireplace area, TV, DVD, HIFI, a dining room, kitchen, WC, and a big bedroom with a bathroom.
