The apartment is located in a beautifully renovated old building with wood floors and stucca ceilings and is tastefully equipped. It has 3 rooms with each 2 beds, whereby the beds can be used in the living room as sofas. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine and dining table. The toilets are located 2 meters from the apartment doors. The large and modern bathroom is located a flight of stairs down in the cellar. All rooms are to be used alone. The garden door is located right next to the apartment. Also included: bedsheets, towels, textiles, television, internet connection, outlet adapter, breakfast on request. The apartment is an ideal accommodation for families, pairs traveling together or small groups. It is near the center and still very quietly located. In the beautiful garden children can play and the adult guests can relax. You can also eat outside.

Basel is the Swiss culture metropolis. Here you will find a lot of museums and exhibitions. The old city of Basel is intact and offers a lot of historic attractions, from the city hall to Münster to the Spalentor. The Rein is an important lifeline that goes through the city and invites you to walk or relax. However, you can go from one shore to another with a small Rhine ferry. During the evenings, you can go to one of the many restaurants and bars, visit a concert and get to know the nightlife. But the area of Basel also offers something: in the nearby Jura mountains, you can hike, bike, relax or simply enjoy an unforgettable day in nature with your children. Or you can visit the nearby Alsace with its beautiful cities like Colmar and go skiing for a day on the Feldberg in the German Black Forest. You will enjoy your time by us!

  • The room with the shower is very large and cozy. In this room you will find, upon request, also a small kitchenette. The toilet and the shower are separated. The private toilet is located 2 meters from the apartment doors on the hallway. The staircase is only used by the guests and by us (we live one floor above you). Thus, this apartment offers a lot of privacy. The washing machine is located in the cellar and can be used for a fee.

  • The parent's bedroom has a romantic French bed with a night table, a cabinet and a chair. The window looks off to the beautiful garden. The second room is the largest of all. It has a large double bed with nightstands, cabinet and commode, a group of seats with a TV and a dining table. The third room is thought of as a room for children. It has a bunk bed and a crib for children under 6 months of age. The beds are all high-quality with comfortable, new mattresses. The rooms can all be darkened through window blinds so that you can sleep in long. All rooms have attractive images, very beautiful architecture with old wood parquet floors and white walls. It is a peaceful location to which you can come back to after a long city tour and relax.

Notes: The holiday apartment is very beautiful and attractively furnished. The cooking / shower situation is somehow special, however, we believe that the beauty of the apartment outweighs this. We have a lot of regular guests and are often recommended. The holiday apartment is located in a typical Basel multiple family house. This is a very beautifully renovated house with 4 floors. On the ground floor you will find a holiday apartment, located on the 1st floor you will find this holiday apartment and on the 2nd and 3rd floor is where we live, the owners and landlords of the holiday apartments. The whole house and the garden are run by us with a lot of love. It is important for us to live together comfortably and friendly. We have two small children and would like to offer a nice and convenient accommodation for other families. We are ready at all times to help you if needed during your entire stay.

Wer nicht die perfekte, sterile Atmosphäre eines Hotelzimmers sucht, findet in diesem gastfreundlichen Haus eine charmante Alternative. Das alte Stadthaus ist liebevoll restauriert und stilvoll erhalten. Ein sehr sauberes, perfekt arrangiertes Ambiente hat unseren Aufenthalt ausgesprochen angenehm gestalltet. Das im Keller liegende Badezimmer ist geräumig, warm und praktisch. Das Wohnquartier ist sehr ruhig, trotz der guten Verbindung zur Innenstadt. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder aufsuchen bzw. uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.
