The house was built in 2006 and is located in the district of Santa Margarita. With only 1 kilometer to the city and 10 to the beaches of the Bay of Alcudia, the house can be reached quickly and easily. It is located in a peaceful area with own trees (almond trees, Johannis berries, fruit trees). The patios are facing the sunny side of the building, whereby the backyard has a covered patio that gives the house privacy and something special. Living, dining room and kitchen (half-closed) form a spacious hall. From the living room you can get directly to the covered patio and you also have a view of the pool; from the large bedroom with its own bathroom. The wide hallway is a typical Mediterranean construction and connects visually and functionally the main entrance to the inner courtyard and allows for a uniform access to every room. Altogether, there are 3 bedrooms. The laundry is located in a nearby building.

The unique bay is known for its diversity of beaches and nature reserves. Nature lovers will enjoy their time here: the impressive nature park of Albufera, for example, can be reached quickly.
