This villa has a pool (no chemicals – just salt water), lawn and top-class furnishings. It’s suitable for 4 and 1 persons, in a super location. It’s tranquil and yet you can still go to the beach or shopping on foot, or even to local restaurants. The grounds include a lawn, a pretty, well-maintained garden and a little doorway to the pool, situated between two houses but belonging to the grounds. Ideal for little children. The villa is 130 sqm and has two bedrooms, a bathroom and an extra bathroom, a perfectly equipped kitchen and interesting bay windows. A washing machine is provided, the living/dining room is very nicely furnished with fireplace, satellite TV and large glass doors to the terrace which extends over the whole length of the house and is covered. The swimming pool is 9 x 4 m and is shared with inhabitants of the next house. Tranquil residential area, near beach.

Cala Murada with Nightingale valley in the middle of the town is in the middle of the east coast and ideal for trips in all directions. A Majorcan village – probably the last town with a beach, nice restaurants, bar, supermarket with fresh bread rolls, far away from tourism! Two more beaches 'Calas' can be reached on foot. The neighbouring town of Porto Colom, with old town, 2 beaches, can be reached in a few minutes by car or you can get to it on foot over the cliffs in about 35 minutes. Felanitx is 12 km away and has a Sunday market with lots of bright, Majorcan life, narrow alleys, shops of every kind, cultural attractions. Santanyi with its picturesque 'Insider' bays Cala Santanyi, Cala Llombarts, Cala Mondrago etc. are about 15 - 25 minutes away. This gentle hillside of almond trees and lots of pines makes the south coast seem really green and lovely, even during the summer months!
