The holiday home offers space for 4-5 people. It consists of a semidetached house, built in a Spanish style with a living space of about 65 m². Next to the house you will find the communal pool. Around the house is a small garden (123 m²) with terrace. In the house you will find a living and dining room and two bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, fridge, dishes, glasses, utensils, dishes, kitchen towels and coffee machine. Furthermore, there is also an iron, washing machine, SAT-TV and an a/c in the living room.

The house is located in a stunning location about 3.5 km from Denia's city centre in the stunning complex of "El Palmar". Due to its lush greenery, white one and two story houses and a great pool, "El Palmar" is the most beautiful holiday settlement in Denia. Nearby (about 300 m) you will find a supermarket and multiple restaurants. The sea is about 300m away. Here there is a 20 km long beach and a view of the surrounding mountain chains. A bus stops directly by the entrance to the complex. However, you can also go for a walk along the beach to Denia.
