Photos and Description of this Saalbach-Hinterglemm holiday house Cosy atmosphere, tiled oven, visible beams, comfortable & cosy

Charming accommodation for summer and winter. The interior is completely covered with untreated wood (visible beams). You will find a well-equipped kitchen with a 4 flame stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, mixer, etc. The kitchen opens up to the living/dining room, where you will find an antique tiled stove next to a spacious dining corner and a painted antique baroque cabinet. The roof is integrated, above you will find a gallery, below 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with 2 separate beds), hallway, bathroom with tub/shower, WC and heated flooring. Terrace, garden, surrounding meadows, own spring water source. There is no TV, but there is a radio CD and cassette recorder and a lot of board games. Bedsheets, towels and wood for the tiled stove are provided and included in the price. Loungers, garden grill, sun umbrella and a sled are available for the guest.

Nearest Train: Zell am See, Busverbindung bis zum Haus at 25 Kilometres

Winter: ski circus with about 70 lifts and 200 km of descents from easy to difficult, 90% of the slopes have artificial snow and guarantee good slope conditions until early in the year. Buck and flood light slopes, carving paths, a lot of ski schools and children's ski schools (one is located nearby), sledding, night sledding, snowboarding and stunning horse drawn carriage rides make your holiday an experience. The ski bus stops 30m below the chalet and commutes throughout the day. Only one station and you are in the ski circus, which connects to the ski region of Leogang as well. Ski rental, Après ski, wellness and a lot more. Summer: The house is an ideal starting point for hikes, fishing, tennis, mountain biking, swimming, indoor pools or Zeller Lake, where you can also go sailing and boating. A lot of excursion options like the theatre city of Salzburg, to the ice caves in Werfen, Kaprun reservoirs, Krimler waterfalls, Klammen, Großglockner and other 3000 m mountains.

  • Bedsheets, towels and wood for the tiled stove are included. The beds are made and everything is setup for you. The visitor's tax per person and day of the stay is also included. There is a form by the caretaker that I ask you to please fill out. The final cleaning is not included and is to be paid to the caretaker of the house on site. Until 20.12.2008, the final cleaning is € 50. Starting 20.12.2008, the final cleaning costs € 75. Deposit requested to make booking binding. The remaining amount is due at latest 2 weeks before arrival.

Excellent skiing retreat for Saalbach-Hinterglemm

Four of us spent our New Year skiing holiday here and it was fantastic in every respect. Wonderful Austrian house with bags of character located a short way up the valley from Hinterglemm and very convenient for the Hochalmbahn and Zwolferkogel lifts (under which is a ski-hire shop that we can also highly recommend).

We will certainly come here again!

Una bellissima esperienza in una casa molto bella e confortevole.
  Adatta anche uno famiglie con bambini, in una posizione molto tranquilla piena di ritmo ad un paio di km. Dal Centro.
  Vacanze Ideali per immergersi nella natura, per fare sport e Specialmente per rilassarsi Moltissimo
  Una casa veramente accogliente.
