  • Personel welcome. We speak English, French and German. Our contact person is on place and will provide you a tour of the property and answer all questions. For any queries, she will rest at your disposal during your stay with us.
  • Arrival and delivery of the keys after individual agreement. Balance payment due on arrival in cash (Euros), if not made in advance via bank transfer or credit card payment (Mastercard and VISA). The rental deposit (500 Euros) can be made upon arrival as euro-denominated traveller checke or via credit card.

  • The apartment sleeps up to 4 persons and provides sufficient space and privacy for all inhabitants. It has been opened for rent only since December 2007. It is in perfect condition and newly renovated. Unique craftwork and tasteful decoration create a cosy atmosphere. There are two separate bed rooms and one American kitchen with eating place. All rooms are spacious and each bed room is equipped with one double bed of 1,40 meter width (55 inch) and 2,00 meter length (80 inch). During the day they serve as additional and decorative seating accommodations. The living- / bedroom is light during day due to its big windows and cosy by night with its seating corner next to the fire place. The other bed room has an additional office corner with telephone and internet access as well as television. The apartment provides one shower / WC. It has a quite orientation to the inner courtyard of the building.

Notes: The apartment ist made out of noble materials: kitchen and bathroom are covered with profiled wall and floor tiles, hand painted wall tiles, lighted bouillon point sheet windows, porcelain basin and wall fountain, marble kitchen isle and eating table. Lots of mirrors and big windows produce a light atmosphere. Big privacy due to two separate sleeping rooms. Living room with big windows, wooden joists, fireplace and parquet. Quality folding beds for even more space during the day. The apartment is on the first floor, only some stair steps high. Strollers can be left at the landing. No street noise, as orientated to the inner courtyard. Ringing bells of Notre Dame a real extra!

Notre Dame apartment stay review

I was in Paris at the end of May (my third time) with my parents and a friend of my parents.
When we got there and I saw the stairs to the apartment I was terrified, my mom has problems walking, but she was a great sport about it and loved the apartment so much that it did not really matter.
Everything so really nice and clean and decorated very nicely and in good taste.
The location could not be any better, close to the metro station, Latin Quarter, shopping areas, Ile St. Louis, the taxi station is right at the corner. And very, very safe, the Police Station is also on the same street.
I would be in master bedroom with the windows open and hear the bells of Notre Dame, that in its self is worth your stay there.
The free phone calls to the States is also a big plus.
I would highly recommend staying there.

I just wanted to thank Heike (the owner) and Sabine for following up and always keeping in touch.

Central in Paris at its most

Two teens, my husband and I had a great stay over Fall break this October. Coming from Orly airport, the RER brought us straight into Paris by Notre Dame, it was an easy walk with luggage to our apartment.We found the apt.perfect size for the occation and the location could not have be better in order to explore Paris.We slept well,felt safe and had fun finding our way of parisian life...

Sabine provided excellent customer service.We would recommend a stay and would love to come back.

Lovely and convenient Paris apartment

This apartment was everything it was advertised to be. It was a very modern, comfortable apartment in a beautiful 18th century building one block from the cathedral. It has a small grocery a few doors down and is next to a very nice restaurant. The cathedral bells are beautiful to hear from the apartment. There was plenty of room in the apartment as well. It is walking distance from the Metro, (subway) and many great sights. I would definitely recommend it to friends. In fact I already have.

Great apartment, perfect location!

Lovely apartment in perfect location. The sound of the bells of Notre Dame every morning was wonderful. The apartment was very clean and had everything you needed (pity the dishwasher was not working for the duration of our stay!)
The apartment was convenient for all the sights and for the Batobus water taxi. Cite metro only 5 minutes walk.
Berthillions ice cream shop is definitely worth a visit .and there are lots of different places to eat in the Latin quarter.
Saint Chapelle is not to be missed, take time just to sit and marvel at the stained glass windows.
We had a great time at this marvellous apartment.

We stayed in this appartment in early June and truly enjoyed it. It is spacious, very well equipped and the location is excellent. There were 4 of us and we felt very comfortable.

We would return anytime.
