The house is located in a villa suburb of Calpe. It stretches out over two floors. On the top floor you will find a large living room with SAT-TV on a 106 cm plasma screen, DVD and two bedrooms each with 2 beds. There is also a dining room, a hallway, a full bathroom with bidet and shower cabin, a guest WC and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher, ceramic stove, microwave and dishes. There is also a washing machine available. The space by the pool is ideal as a place to lounge for sunbathing or also to have sociable get togethers during the evening with the grill. Another terrace is located at the height of the kitchen. On the lower floor you will find more space for four people with a large living/bedroom, a small bedroom with two beds, a full bathroom next to a small kitchen and 2 separate terraces.

From the house and property you will have a fantastic view of the cliffs coming out of the sea, the "Penon de Ifach", the emblem of the Costa Blanca. The terraces are surrounded by palm, orange and lemon trees and offer an impressive image of the Mediterranean Sea. In order to reach the steep coast, you need only about 10 minutes on foot. It is ideal for snorkelling. You can also go surfing on the beaches of the city. They can be reached in the same time by car. You can also go on foot to the marina, about 1000 m away, where you will also find a small beach. In order to get groceries for your daily needs, you can use a Supermercado in the city in Canuta, more shopping facilities can also be found in Calpe. 500m from the house are tennis courts with flood lights and two restaurants. And in half an hour you can get to the golf course by car.
