Comfortable semi-rural villa with private pool minutes from the beach

The villa stands on a plot with more than 1500 m² surrounded by a mature and secluded garden. It has a large swimming pool (12m x 5.5m) encompassed by a lawned area and spacious sun terraces. It is 15km away from the nearest mass tourism destination. Villa Serrinho is tastefully and comfortably furnished for a relaxed and homely feel. All rooms have air-conditioning and all but one have patio doors opening onto the terrace and pool area. The large kitchen with dining area has a fireplace and easy chairs and can accommodate up to 8 people, The Living room has a sofa and a sofa-bed and a TV with international channels. The Master double bedroom has a king size bed, the Children bedroom has 2 double beds and the Visitor bedroom has 2 small double beds. There is a main bathroom and a shower room both with WC. A courtesy car GPS is provided to allow the visitor to effortlessly explore the region and wireless internet access is also included.

Notes to the rental rates

  • Weekly cleaning, change of towels and bedding are included in the price, as are the utilities (water, electricity, gas, firewood). No extra fee for final cleaning. Towels for use at pool and beach are not provided.
    Payment schedule: 1. 30% of total price is required on reserving the property. 2. the remainder of total price and the damage deposit of 30% is required 30 days before arrival date.
  • Air conditioning and wireless interned access are included in the price but please use responsively.
    On the day of departure we request that the guests leave the villa before 10 am but we try to be flexible. Please ask.
    If you wish more frequent cleaning please arrange it directly with the maid.

  • The Visitor's room is shown in the photos to have one double bed but this is about to be changed to two single beds. The Master bedroom and the children's room have patio doors that open directly to the pool area. The child bed can be moved into any room. All rooms have air conditioning with heat pump and door/windows with double glass for thermal and acoustic insulation.

Notes:

Telephone can be added if required with usage to be deducted from the damage deposit. On the pool area there is also a child's slide and an outside dining table with chairs. The is also a outside barbecue. The pool is about 1 meter deep through half the length but goes to 2 meters deep on the other half and so child supervision is necessary. A small inflatable pool and some inflatable toys are also available. The TV in the kitchen-dining area can get only the local channels but the larger TV in the living room has a satellite connection. The sofa-bed on the living room can accommodate 2 more persons bringing the total to 8. Our English speaking manager lives nearby and is available to help you if necessary.
