Beautiful Farmhouse in Catalan Countryside, Costa Brava
Cal Carreter is a large, comfortable family farmhouse situated near a beautiful medieval hamlet, in the sought after area inland of the Costa Brava. The stone built masia is ideal for young families as it is cool inside and the large secluded garden (3000m2)has plenty of shaded areas. The swimming pool has a secure fence around it. The property offers a peaceful haven after a busy day on the Costa Brava beaches which are within a 20 km radius. There are 11 golf courses within an hour of the house. There are many walks from the hamlet of Millas. The wild bird life is very active with nightingales, bee-eaters and golden oriols. The area also offers cultural interests such as the Dali Museum and the Romanesque Architecture of Gerona and its province. The vegetable garden and the barbq make cooking and eating a delicious and fun activity in the Summer so that more time can be spent relaxing.

The Veinat de Millas is a tiny hamlet within the Gerona province, in the Catalan countryside. This area, known as the Baix Emporda is particularly attractive to visitors due not only to its inherent beauty but also to the diversity of its attractions - being only 20 kilometres from the beautiful coves of the Costa Brava and a similar distance from the city of Gerona. Barcelona and all that it offers, is well connected by motorway and hourly trains and is approximately one and a half hours away.

Payment:
50 % of the total rent will be paid on booking and the remaining 50% 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. There will be a 300€ deposit to pay before the renting period. This will cover any breakages or expenses incurred during the renting. The expenses are electricity, gas, water, oil and telephone.
