The house is in a park-like location. It is a green zone that has many stone pines and cork oaks. The complex has a private beach. Access is only given to guests of this complex. The beach is part of the complex and is not separated by a public street. The house is in a row of houses with 4 units. Each of these 4 houses is separated by the other by a garage. Therefore, there is no direct contact to the neighbouring house. So, there isn't the typical 'noise' that most terraced houses have. The house has a fantastic ocean view with a partially covered terrace.

Die Zeit in Civezza hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Trotzdem möchten wir die Beschreibung etwas korrigieren:

Es handelt sich eigentlich um eine Wohnung mit außerhalb der Wohnung liegenden 2. Schlafzimmer und 2.Bad, die über Treppen zu erreichen sind. Es gibt noch weitere meist unbewohnte Wohnungen in dem Haus.
Ab und zu wird zeitgleich eine davon von der Vermieterin bewohnt. Das Haus ist nicht direkt mit dem Auto zu erreichen und es gehört kein Parkplatz zur Wohnung/Haus. Es kann unterhalb des Hauses an der Stadtmauer oder an der Straße geparkt werden.
