The Yellow House is a one room guest house (50 m²) in a Provencal style and belongs to a lone-standing cottage where the owner lives. The buildings are separate from one another and the guest house has a private access. The furnishing has light, natural white colours and materials, that harmonically correspond with the rustic wood furniture. The large double bed can also be used as two single beds. The practical kitchen offers all comforts in order to prepare small dishes. Next to this you will find the bathroom with a comfortable shower and WC. Two teak wood sun loungers invite you to relax and dream on the large terrace (80 m²) and from here you can also enjoy the wonderful view of the almond trees in the landscape and the raw Tramuntana mountains. The view of the main house is separated by a wood room divider. The large pool can be used together with the owners.

This small property is in a typical Majorcan landscape and is located somewhat outside of the idyllic village of Establiment in north-western Palma. The ride to the airport by motorway (Via Cintura) takes about 20 minutes, about 10 min. to Palma. A few golf courses like: Son Vida, Muntaner or Son Termens can be reached in a few minutes by car. The famous village of Valldemossa, with its beautiful monastery and the picturesque village centre can be reached in a 15 minute drive - which was an escape for Frederic Chopin and his lover George Sand for a winter. Only a little further, about 10 min from Valldemossa, along the stunning coastal street you will find the nice artist village of Deiá. A cliff throned by a village church, it is now also one of the most charming villages of Majorca with a lot of restaurants where you can relax after an excursion.
