This house is like an ancient Majorcan country house with rustic stone walls and window and gates of ancient stone blocks. Splendid blossoming bougainvillea and red glowing hibiscus border the house. Various terraces offer rest and relaxation, some wind-protected, some covered all with seasonal greenery dependent on day and season. There’s a lovely outdoor shower with a direct view of the scenery. The interior has a special atmosphere because of its beautiful details. It’s emphasized by the visible roof pitches, wooden beams and red clay tiles, stone walls, niches, arches, many antiquities on the walls and in the niches. You’ll really feel able to relax in the spacious living/dining room (with integrated fully fitted cupboards) and view of the sea and mountains and rustic fireplace and comfortable furnishings. Underfloor heating ensures pleasant warmth.

Unspoilt by tourism, on the beautiful coastline south of Alcudia bay approx. 4 km from the sea is where you’ll find this 14,000 m² finca. With ancient almond and fig trees on a gentle, idyllic, tranquil hillside and a fantastic panorama view of the sea, the clear water of Alcudia bay, the imposing mountain range to the north west including Majorca’s highest mountain are right at your feet. The view includes varied green landscape in the island’s centre and on the eastern side the mountains of Arta with imposing Ferrutx, wonderful at sunset. You can set out from the finca to hike over the nearby mountains. Colonia Sant Pere has all your daily needs.
