This apartment is 15 min south west of Palma by car. Port Adriano with its restaurants, cafes and its sand beach is within walking distance. The apartment is 170 m² plus 54 m² terrace (partially covered) with view of the ocean and Port Adriano. On the lower level, there is a living and dining room with access to a small terrace. A fully-equipped kitchen, master bedroom with large bathroom. Two bedrooms with bathroom. All bedrooms have double beds. In one of the bedrooms, the bed can be separated. There is a living room with flat-screen TV and access to a 40 m², south-facing terrace with spectacular ocean view is on the upper level. There is a separate bathroom here as well. An underground car park is provided as well. The apartment is in the middle of a sub-tropical garden complex with two pools.
