The complete 2007 new rebuild old Tuscany country house from 1810 is completely quite. Through its hilltop position you have a marvellous view on the sea. From the balcony and the sleeping room of the house you have the excellent panorama of the Mediterranean islands, Corsica and Gorgona, which is very special for sunset. The about 68 m² big living area in cozy Mediterranean style with terracotta floor offers space for 4 people. The sunterrace with big umbrella and luxury sun benches is very special with his own outside shower. The Garden offers a nice big barbeque and possibility for relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher. Own save car parking, washing machine.

The famous white beaches (Spiagge bianche) of Vada and Cecina are nearby. Number of Great restaurants is nearby since Livorno is very well known for food. 2 new Golf courtes are in short driving distance.

Notes: The cosy sleeping room offers comfort and cool relax although on hot summer days. In the living room you can find a nice sofa which is enlargeable for a bed for 2 people. Another bed for 2 is on the gallery from the corridor and gives space for 2 bigger kids or a young couple. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a large marble working area, modern and traditional to the same time, and offers although on the few raining days in tuscany comfortable place for 6 persons in a cosy atmosphere.

Wunderbarer Ausblick aus Top Ferienhaus

Wir verbrachten im September eine schöne Woche im Casina di Montenero. Das Häuschen ist neuwertig und gut ausgestattet. Die Aussicht auf Meer und Sonnenuntergang live (vom Schlafzimmerfenster aus) gegeben. Mit dem Auto kann man sehr schöne Strandabschnitte finden und die Gastgeber sind sehr nett.

Jederzeit für Ihren Urlaub zu empfehlen !

Sorry, unsere Bewertung kommt später - hoffentlich nicht zu spät.
Wir haben im Sommer 2009 zwei wunderschöne Wochen im La Casina Montenero verlebt und haben uns sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage, der Blick zum Meer und das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus haben uns einen unvergesslichen Urlaub verleben lassen. Es war alles sehr gepflegt - wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an richtig wohl gefühlt. Auch für Eure netten Empfehlungen waren wir Euch sehr dankbar. Valentin und Vanessa haben die Zeit bei Euch ebenfalls sehr genießen können und schwärmen heute noch besonders von LUNA und dem schönen Haus. Eure netten Aufmerksamkeiten aus dem Garten haben uns immer richtig erfreut - DANKE nochmal!
Wir können dieses wunderschöne Haus nur weiterempfehlen und werden selbst sicherlich wiederkommen. Euch eine gute Zeit und liebe Grüße von Jacqueline, Jens, Valentin und Vanessa.

Wir haben die Woche rundherum genossen und uns jeden Moment wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick, die liebevolle Einrichtung und die Ausstattung der Unterkunft haben uns ebenso gefallen wie die Umgebung, die sowohl glaskrares Meer, wunderschöne Küsten, als auch Hügel, Wälder und Wildschweine bietet.

Die in Italien omnipräsenten Einspurer haben hie und da lautstark die Ruhe jedoch nicht den tollen Gesamteindruck getrübt.
