This minimalistic residence is definitely unique on Costa Blanca. Hollywood stars stay here and everything is pure luxury. The house is located on a 2200 m² property right on the Mediterranean. The 250 m² terrace with 14x4 m pool and the garden are beautiful. The garden has mature plants like palms, bananas, figs and oranges. The living room is 200 m² and the 4 bedrooms all have their own bathroom and 2 have their own balconies. All the rooms have a view of the ocean and Alicante. The garden is maintained by a gardener and the pool is maintained daily. We recommend renting a domestic service for 350 Euro. Campello is a suburb of Alicante and has a perfect infrastructure for any time of the year. Golf and horse riding 5 km away, Alicante 10 km away

The house is in Campello, a former fishing village by Alicante. Today, it is a suburb of Alicante and has 16 km of sand beach with a grandiose high-rise backdrop in the background. Inland, there are mountains and if you go 20 km inland you feel like you just drove back 50 years in time. Beautiful old mountain villages with small restaurants and wonderful cuisine. 5 golf courses, 1 riding stable and many recreational activities. The house is located in a very quiet residential area. You can do your daily shopping by foot. The nearest supermarket and fish auction are 3 km away. In August, there are many people on holiday, mainly Spaniards (90%). (They have their holiday apartments here).

Das Haus entspricht wirklich Luxus pur....
Sehr erhohlsam und superausgestattet.
Ein architektonisches und innenarchitekotonisches
Erlebnis. Für Freunde von gutem Geschmack und Design genau das Richtige.
