Welcome to the beautiful mountain world of the Stubai Alps on the edge of the Stubai Glacier. Our house is located in the district of Milders (the closest district to the new Neustift center). Our apartments offer a family friendly atmosphere where you will feel comfortable. Our spacious and comfortable apartments (About 45 m2) each have 1 bedroom for 2 people and a cozy eat-in kitchen, completely equipped, sleeper sofa for 2 more people, internet connection and satellite TV. Each apartment has a shower/WC. A large balcony, parking space and ski basement. A morning bread service upon request. Ski bus stop about 50m from the house. Milders is not only located at the foot of the Stubai Glacier, but it is also the starting point for a lot of beautiful hikes, mountain and biking tours. The apartment Brennerspitz is a non-smoking apartment and has 1 bedroom for 2 people, a living room and a shower/WC. In the living room you will find a sofa (can be converted to a sleeper sofa for 2 extra people), a dining corner and a fitted kitchen. The apartment is about 42 m2 large and is located on the 2nd floor. In the fitted kitchen you will find a modern stove with ceramic stove top, refrigerator and a dishwasher. Coffee machine and microwave are also available, along with all other cleaning supplies (for the dishwasher), dish rags and of course cookware, glasses and utensils. Furthermore, we also have satellite TV and an internet connection for everyone that needs to be 'online' during their vacation. The beds will be made upon your arrival, towels will also be available. You also have the option of using our neighbor's wellness area for a fee of 6 € per day.

Book an apartment now for the 2008 European Championship. (distance to Innsbruck is only 20 km). Special conditions upon request. Included 1 EUR visitor's tax for those older than 15.
