Fragrant forests, mirror-like lakes, lovely green meadows - and Bullerbü and Lönneberga right around the corner: If you have always dreamed of a really cosy, relaxing Swedish holiday in the most beautiful nature, then you have found the right place! Our romantic red/white Swedish wood house with large garden in a totally quiet, green area at the edge of a forest will enchant you! The 140 m² house is spacious, fully-furnished and winter fest and it has a beautiful large 2000 m² garden. There are numerous fireplaces for cosy fires in the house and 6-8 people have plenty of space to live, sleep, play, let off steam, relax and go for walks. Explore the numerous, secretive forest all-around, discover the many clear lakes (the nearest lake is 2 km away), visit nearby farms, or take trips to the surrounding area, e.g. to Vimmerby, Eksjö or Västervik. Enjoy a pure Swedish holiday!

Bullerbü and Lönneberga are only a few kms away, the famous amusement park 'Astrid Lindgrens World' in Vimmerby is about 35 km away and young and old alike are welcome to visit the bonbon factory in Mariannelund (15 km) and see how original Swedish bonbons and sugar sticks are lovingly made. Even the historic Old Town of Eksjö (55 km) will fascinate you, likewise for romantic Västervik on the ocean (85 km), with its many small coasts and islands, that invite you to visit by steamboat. And you can be amazed by Sweden's largest oak in Rumskulla, visit the elk park nearby, rent a canoe and take off - or speed through the wonderful green forests on a bicycle! Welcome to the birthplace of Astrid Lindgren!

Leben wie Michel - immer wieder!!!!!

Wir waren im August 2009 mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (5 und 10 Jahre alt) 1 Woche im Haus Norrhult und wollten am liebsten gar nicht mehr weg. Das Haus hat wirklich "Michel-Charme", der Garten ist riesig und hat z.B. leckere Kirschen zu bieten, die Straße wird selten befahren und wenn dann wird immer freundlich gegrüßt, alle interessanten Ausflugsziele (Bullerbü, Katthult, Astrid-Lindgrens-Welt, Näs etc...) liegen für schwedische Verhältnisse sehr nah dran (man fährt max. 30 Min.) Auch in der Nähe liegt ein Badesee mit Steg mitten in einem der vielen Wälder. Und es kommt häufiger vor, dass man den ganz für sich allein hat, da es ja genügend Seen für alle gibt..
Die Vermieterin ist eine ganz Liebe mit viel Humor und im Haus findet man alles was man braucht. Da kann man sich richtig wohlfühlen und bei der Rückreise seufzt man selig "Das war mal Urlaub!"
Unser Fazit: Jederzeit wieder!!

Wundervolle Tage in Schweden

Wir - eine junge Familie mir 2 Kindern (8 und 2 Jahre)- haben hier einen wundervollen Urlaub verbringen dürfen! Die Landschaft, welche man schon früh beim Aufstehen bei einem Blick aus dem Schlafzimmerfenster genießen konnte, ist einfach traumhaft schön ! Wer wird nicht gerne wach und schaut beim ersten Augenaufschlag auf einen herrlichen Kirschbaum ? Und beim ersten Blick aus dem Fenster sieht man dann den wunderschön großen Garten und die sonnigen Sitzplätze - und freut sich schon riesig auf das Frühstück im Freien!!
Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ! Man hat das Gefühl, alle Möbel könnten wunderbare Geschichten erzählen ! Unweigerlich fühlte ich mich an meine Kindheit erinnert - einfach schön!
Was natürlich ein riesengroßer Vorteil an diesem Haus ist: von hier aus sind alle "Astrid Lindgren - Highlights" in Windeseile erreichbar!

Wie schon erwähnt - es war ein wundervoller (wenn nicht sogar DER wundervollste ) Urlaub !
Schweden macht süchtig - wir waren zwar das erste mal hier, aber auf garkeinen Fall das letzte mal !

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich sehr gemütlich und sauber. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich. Es war rundherum ein schöner und erholsamer aber auch ruhiger Urlaub. Mit kleinen Kindern und auch mit Hund sehr zu empfehlen, man muss sich aber darüber im Klaren sein, dass man um evtl. Städte zu besuchen immer weit mit dem Auto fahren muss. Spaziergänge im Wald sind allerdings ohne Ende möglich. Alles in alllem würde ich sagen "Schweden".
