Half of double house, ground surface: 93 m², suitable for up to 6 persons on two floors with three balconies, terrace, parking space. On the ground floor: three bedrooms (additional cot provided), bathroom and small covered balcony in front of the largest bedrooms. On the upper floor: large living room (ca. 26 m²) with comfortable seating, dining area; fireplace, (firewood is provided) suitable for the transition period and winter, stereo, games, travel books for excursions to culturally and historically interesting places in the vicinity (Alcobaça, Batalha, Coimbra...), books, dictionary and phrase book, hiking guides, no TV, just a large balcony with a view of the sea and fantastic sunsets! Guest toilet: toilet, bidet, large wash basin. Large kitchen with fitted cupboards (gas cooker with oven, fridge, washing machine, coffee machine) and dining area, large balcony. Balcony furniture provided, linen provided.

Nearest Beach: beach at 800.0 Metres
Nazaré is an ancient fishing town in one of the most interesting regions of Portugal for culture and history. In the holiday resort of Nazaré/Praia the beach is supervised in summer, many other beaches are a few minutes away by car. Praia do Norte beach has a wonderful dune landscape and an extensive pine forest (near our house) which is great for walks, although only practiced swimmers and surfers should go into the water. Cultural and historical attractions in and around Nazaré: in Sítio district there’s the old pilgrimage church of Nossa Senhora da Nazaré, trips to Alcobaça (church and monastery), Batalha (unfinished masterpiece of Manuelinic Gothic), Lisbon, Coimbra, Conimbriga (Roman excavations), Obidos and Tomar which we recommend! Leiria, Peniche, Aveiro, Evóra are also worth a visit.

Super-Ausblick auf das Meer mit herrlichen Sonnenuntergängen, sehr gute Raumaufteilung, sehr gepflegte Räumlichkeiten, gute Lokalisation für Ausflüge nach Lissabon und in die interessante Umgegend

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in diesem Ferienhaus.Gute ,ruhige und sonnige Lage.
Ein Haus mit Vollausstattung,es ist auf jedem Fall weiter zu empfehlen.
Uns hat es hier an nichts gefehlt.
Es war einfach toll,danke schön.

Eine Super Woche

Ein so gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus hat man selten. Das Frühstück auf der Ostterrasse, den abendlichen "Absacker" mit Sonnenuntergang auf der Westterrasse oder auf dem Balkon. Hier möchten wir wohl noch mal hin. In der Hoffnung das die nachfolgenden Mieter ebenso pfleglich mit dem Inventar umgehen, damit es weiterhin so wohnlich bleibt, danke an den Vermieter.
in der Umgebung (ca 20 -40 km) sehr interessante Orte und Bauwerke, Alcobaca, Bathalia, Obidos muß man gesehen haben.
Jederzeit weiter zu empfehlen.
In Sitio und Nazaré ist der Tourismus natürlich auch schon längst angekommen. Trotzdem kamen wir mit deutsch oder englisch nicht sehr weit, französisch oder besser noch ein paar Brocken portugisisch sind angebracht.
Die freundlichen Einheimischen sind aber immer für ein Gespräch, auch wenn es mit Händen und Füßen ist, aufgeschlossen.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit Sonnenterrasse :-)

Wir haben im Mai 2009 einige Tage in Nazaré verbracht, die Casa de Sossego war ein perfektes Feriendomizil: sauber, ordentlich, mit ruhiger Lage oberhalb von Nazaré, gute Ausstattung mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Kamin etc... besonders gut haben uns die drei tollen Balkons/Terrassen gefallen, von denen man sogar aufs Meer blickt. Der Strand, einige ganz tolle (untouristische!) Restaurants und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Fussnähe. Für Ausflüge ist ein Auto von Vorteil, ausgedehnte Strandwanderungen kann man aber direkt vom Ferienhaus aus machen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, ein prima Kontakt: alles hat perfekt geklappt. Wir fahren sicherlich wieder hin!

Sehr gute Ausstattung, sauber und gepflegt, Meerblick, Kamin, Gute Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungsreisen entlang der Küste und ins Hinterland. Vor Ort gute Restaurants und Supermarkt fußläufig.
