This new terraced house is near the ocean and about 150 m from the sand beach. You enter the living room from a covered terrace, it is new and has modern furnishings with dining table and sleeper sofa for 2 people. The well-equipped kitchenette has a large refrigerator/freezer and cooker with oven. Also on the ground floor, there is a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Stairs lead to the first floor, there is a bedroom with double and single bed and another bathroom with shower. There is also a balcony. All of the furnishings are new and modern.

Shortly after Valledoria, the street runs along the ocean to La Ciaccia, to the last village on the beach before the coast turns rocky by Castelsardo. A small village without through traffic with many places to shop, pubs and restaurants and the beginning of a long sand beach that stretches for 10 km in a north east direction. You can take some nice trips from here to Castelsardo, to the famous rock 'L`Elefante' or further on the west coast toward Alghero to Capo Caccia, the caves and the famous Trinita di Sarccagia church. You can reach the sand beach easily by foot, depending on the location 250 to 400 m.
