wir hatten einen herzlichen willkommenen empfang durch die familie begleitet von einer sehr schönen lage des hauses bis hin zu einer sehr gepflegten gemütlichen alles beinhaltenden 6 persohnen wohnung in der nichts fehlte vom balkon aus hatten wir eine wundervolle aussicht und konnten abends den sonnenuntergang über dem meer beobachten es wurde für neuankömmlinge ein gemütlicher grillabend gestalltet wo man andere gäste und die familie näher kennen lernen konnte ebenso freundlich wie die familie selber sind auch die leute dort in den dörfern und umgebung es war ein rundum sehr schöner erholsamer urlaub auch für unsere kinder im alter von 12 und 14 jahren , es wird viel rund um und in porec geboten das haus selber hat einen sehr schönen garten mit spielmöglichkeiten für kleinkinder ,ebenso gemütlich und einladend ist das grillhaus wo man immer willkommen ist und selbsgegrilltes an verschiedenen tagen angeboten bekommt die gastfreundschaft in diesem hause wird groß geschrieben

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Die Wohnung (wir hatten laut Homepage des Vermieters, Wohnung Nummer 4) war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Klimaanlage war vorhanden und funktionierte sehr gut. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und sehr gut (deutschsprachig) in die Örtlichkeiten eingewiesen. Alles ist wie beschrieben zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir gingen abends gerne in die im August sehr gut gefüllte Altstadt von Porcec zum Essen. Diese ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Pizza kostet ca. 4-5 Euro. Ansonsten auch relativ günstige Preise. Der von uns bevorzugte Strand "Plava Laguna" war mit dem Auto in 8 Minuten zu erreichen. Parkgebühren ca. 3 Euro, falls es keinen gebührenfreien Parkplatz mehr gab. Um die Ecke bei der Wohnung gab es einen kleinen Supermarkt, der von 7-21 Uhr geöffnet hatte, auch Sonntags. Zwei mal in der Woche wurden Grillabende für die Gäste veranstaltet, soweit gewünscht. Der 1. Grillabend enthielt freies Essen. Getränke konnten in Selbstbedienung rund um die Uhr erworben werden.
Aus unserer Sicht ist die Wohnung des Vermieters ohne Einschränkungen zu empfehlen. Ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Hier kann man immer noch einen günstigen Urlaub verbringen.
