The nice townhouse Casa Paco is located about 350 m from the long, fine sand beach in a peaceful residential zone (cul de sac). On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms and 1 complete bathroom and a beautiful sun terrace. In the entrance area you will find a WC with a shower, a modern kitchen with a hatch to the living room with a dining corner, cosy sofa corner and fireplace. You can get to the terrace with a very private, furnished garden through the adjacent, small winter garden with a lot of light and a sitting corner. Separately, there is a laundry room with a washing machine. The house has a/c warm/cold. Crib and high chair can be received on request. Sa Coma is a family-friendly holiday resort with good infrastructure. Casa Paco is the ideal house for holidays by the sea and excursions to the back country, peacefully located and yet central. Nearby you will find small restaurants, cafes, bicycle rental, a large supermarket and a wellness centre.

Sa Coma is located on the east coast of Majorca on a stunning, long beach with crystal-clear water and offers everything for a beautiful holiday. Wednesday's are market days and Mondays in nearby Manacor. Two famous caves about 5 km away. Directly on the beach you will find a beautiful landscape preservation area for hiking - there is a cafe with a panorama view at the highest point. It is practical to go to the bays and beaches of the east coast with a rental car and to discover the green back country. You can drive about 50 minutes to Palma, to the natural beach of Es Trenc, about 30 minutes and to the Tramuntana mountains about 1 hour through a diverse, Majorcan landscape with stunning views.

Tolle Finka, zentral aber ruhig gelegen!

Wir waren im September 2009 für eine Woche im Casa Paco in Sa Coma. Es hat uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen, die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche.Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit!!! Traumhaft schön ist der kleine Garten, wo man in Ruhe den Frühstückskaffee und Abends den Wein genießen kann. Der nahe Strand ist perfekt, feinsandig und man bekommt zu jeder Tageszeit eine Liege mit Sonnenschirm. Eine tolle Uferpromenade führt zum Port i Mar, wo man im gleichnamigen Restaurant hervorragend speisen kann. Ausflüge: Die geführte Inselrundfahrt zur Calobra-Schlucht, weiter mit dem Schiff zum Port Söller, dann mit der Straßenbahn und dem "Roten Blitz" durch das Tramuntana Gebirge, sollte man auf keinen Fall verpassen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter und beneiden jeden, der bald seinen Urlaub dort verbringen darf! Der Vermieterin und dem freundlichen Nachbarn, der auf Wunsch den Flughafentransfähr durchführt, sagen wir auf diesem Wege nochmals, "Vielen Dank!" Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Sehr schönes Reihenhaus

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind 5 Jahre, 1 Baby) waren für eine Woche zu Gast und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und doch zentral. Nach 5 Minuten Fussweg hat man Restaurants und den Stand erreicht. Das Haus ist komplett eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Vorabsprachen und die Kommunikation vor Ort mit der Vermieterin waren ausgezeichnet. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Erholung pur

In den Jahren 2006 bis 2008 waren wir Gäste im Casa Paco.Es liegt schön ruhig und garantiert beste Erholung.
Im kleinen Garten kann man wunderschön leben und die
Sonne von morgens bis abends genießen.
Die schöne Promenade und der feine Sandstrand von
Sa Coma liegt nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt und bietet genügend Abwechslung für Jung und Alt.Das Reihenhaus wird sauber und ordentlich geführt und kann jederzeit empfohlen werden.Auch das Umfeld ist sauber und ruhig zugleich.Wir werden mit Sicherheit jederzeit
wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen sofern es freie Termine gibt.

Erholung in ruhiger Lage ohne Rummel

Wir waren jetzt schon zum 2 Mal, jeweils im August, mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern da.
Das sehr saubere und gepflegte Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage, jedoch zentral. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in etwa 10 Minuten zu erreichen, Lokale und Supermärkte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und ebenfalls gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet. Große Küche, mit allen was dazugehört, Fernseher, Radio, Waschmaschine. Die Klimaanlage warm/kalt funktionierte einwandfrei (in den heißen Sommermonaten sehr wichtig).
Weiterhin verfügt das Haus über eine Terrasse, ideal zum Frühstücken und abends zum Grillen (Grill vorhanden) sowie über einen Wintergarten.
Der Kühlschrank war bei unserer Ankunft von der sehr netten, deutschen Vermieterin bereits mit den wichtigsten für die ersten Tage gefüllt. Wir wurden auch während der gesamten 14 Tage sehr liebevoll betreut und erhielten gute Tipps für Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten oder aktuelle Veranstaltungen in der Region.
Der Strand von Sa Coma ist für Kinder super geeignet, da flach abfallend, und auch in der Hauptsaison bekommt man noch eine Liege und einen Sonnenschirm auch wenn man kein Frühaufsteher ist. Einziger Nachteil, am Strand sind keine Duschen vorhanden.

Wir werden auf jeden Fall unseren beiden bisherigen Aufenthalten einen dritten folgen lassen.

Super Reihenhaus für streßfreie Ferien

Sauberes Reihenhaus, etwas abgelegen vom Massentourismus und doch in Standnähe. Vom Vermieter alles super gut vorbereitet und liebevoll übergeben.
Geeignetes Rerienhaus für Familien mit Kindern nicht zuletzt dank der reichhaltigen Ausstattung.
Das gesamte Domizil übertraf noch unsere Vorstellung nach den Angaben im Online-Inserat.
Äußerst empfehlenswert für sämtliche Arten für einen gelungenen und erholsamen Urlaub auf Mallorca.
Vielen Dank für die tolle Betreuung während unseres Aufenthaltes.
